Easy 30-Day Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to US Marketing Source LLC DBA US BIZ HQ within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below. You may initiate a return or exchange online, by phone, or by Email.
If your original item included free items, you must return all associated items in order to receive a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep, as well as any shipping charges, will be deducted from your refund. US BIZ HQ can only refund your original purchase price—shipping fees are non-refundable.

You may return an item to our Returns Department at our Illinois shop. Our Returns Department is located at 1 157 Ctr, Edwardsville, IL 62025.

Please read the conditions below. If all conditions are not met, US BIZ HQ reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. US BIZ HQ can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. If products were financed, it is your responsibility to make the arrangements with your finance company to return the funding or to make payment arrangements.
A restocking fee will be assessed upon approved return of undamaged product/products. Restocking Fee. At US BIZ HQ’s discretion, the Customer may return or cancel a Product order for reasons other than a warranty claim. US BIZ HQ reserves the right to charge Customer restocking and/or handling fees equal to the actual restocking and/or handling fee charged to US BIZ HQ by the third-party Product or Media provider for the returned Product and/or Media (“Restocking Fee”). Such Restocking Fee shall be due upon receipt of US BIZ HQ’s invoice. US BIZ HQ will not accept the return of custom Media or custom Products.
- Opened boxes, combos, and packaging — original packaging cannot be unsealed.
- Opened Sound and Video software — original packaging cannot be unsealed.
- Electronic software downloads
- Opened consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, ink cartridges, etc.)
- Any computers built or modified by US BIZ HQ to customer specifications.
- Select special-order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.
- Underwater equipment that has been submerged
- Opened or unwrapped educational tapes and books
Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model. Return shipping fees for verified defective or damaged items will be reimbursed.
Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.
Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases but not all cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note, that we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Also note, that we are not responsible for contacting your finance company if you purchase equipment using a third-party finance company. It is your responsibility to let your finance company know that you are returning equipment or canceling your order.
US BIZ HQ is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. US BIZ HQ is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Please note: any electronics containing user profile data must be either factory reset or password unlocked before being sent back to US BIZ HQ for return.
