Annual Pay: $50,000 - $100,000

Requirements

Must be a Seasoned Inside Sales Representative with Minimum 2-3 Years+ Related Experience in Call Center or Inside Sales Environment

3 Years experience: Sales Lead Generators & Telemarketers

Must have Headset and PC along with High-Speed Internet that is compatible with our Dialer System

High school diploma or GED equivalency

Responsibilities

Through our auto-dial system take inbound and outbound calls directly on your headset to promote company products/services to generate new accounts
Keep clients and management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, etc
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
Maintains customer records by updating account information in CRM
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
